Forging
We have the capability to forge virtually any head configuration. Our quality forged products include hex head bolts, cap screws, and nuts from ¼” (6mm) up to 3” (75mm) in diameter, as well as socket/flat head caps and 12-point flange screws up to 2 1/2” (64mm).
THREADING
Our custom threading services offer the capability to cut and roll thread of many sizes. We also offer a range of CNC single-point options up to 4” (100mm) in diameter.
CNC MACHINING
Our facility is integrated with a full-service CNC machining department. We specialize custom CNC turning and milling services for build-to-print precision machined parts, with the capability to hold tolerances of 0.0001”.
